Position Summary:
We are actively looking for skilled and experienced professionals to fill various roles within our Production Liquid manufacturing unit. We have openings for Production Liquid Operators, Executives, and Senior Executives. These critical positions will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and compliant production of our liquid pharmaceutical formulations, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor liquid manufacturing and filling equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Execute production schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality specifications.
- Document all production activities, batch records, and process parameters accurately.
- Conduct in-process checks and troubleshoot minor operational issues to maintain continuous production flow.
- Ensure strict compliance with cGMP guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in batch reconciliation and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- For Executive/Senior Executive roles, responsibilities will include supervision, batch review, deviation handling, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- For Production Liquid Operators: Any Degree or Diploma.
- For Production Liquid Executive / Senior Executive: B.Pharm or M.Pharm.
- Experience:
- Executive: 5-6 years of proven experience in liquid pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Senior Executive: 7-10 years of progressive experience in liquid pharmaceutical manufacturing, including experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Strong understanding of cGMP principles and pharmaceutical production processes.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining liquid manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated production environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
