- QMS Executive: This role demands 4 to 5 years of experience, along with a B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc qualification. Essential skills include proficiency in Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, deviation management, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), change control processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- IPQA Executive: Requiring 2 to 3 years of experience, applicants for this position must possess a B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc. A solid background in In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting is necessary.
- Documentation Reviewer (QA Analytical): This role seeks candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience and a B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc degree. Key requirements include experience in analytical document review and a thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation.
- HR Executive (Reception / Front Office): The position is open to graduates or MBA (HR) holders with 1 to 3 years of experience, with a preference for female candidates. Core responsibilities include supporting talent acquisition, managing front office operations, overseeing attendance, preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports, and handling staff grievances.
