Job Title: Scientific Sales Executive – Hyderabad

This role is for a dynamic Scientific Sales Executive based in Hyderabad, with a primary focus on promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs). The core objective is to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, directly contributing to the achievement of sales targets and the growth of market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategic territory business plans. Conduct face-to-face meetings with HCPs to effectively promote products, track sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities within the assigned area.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers. Accurately record customer interactions and insights, respond to inquiries, and provide comprehensive product information. Collaborate with Key Account Managers on strategic accounts.
  • Product Knowledge & Communication: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, therapeutic areas, and the competitive landscape. Deliver clear, compliant, and impactful product presentations to HCPs, while staying informed about industry trends and healthcare policies.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all activities strictly adhere to internal company policies, industry regulations, and local laws. Maintain accurate records of all promotional activities and expenses, and follow proper protocols for reporting adverse events.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with medical teams when HCPs require specific medical information. Coordinate effectively with marketing, medical affairs, and other internal stakeholders, actively participating in sales meetings and sharing valuable market insights.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, selling, and negotiation abilities. Strong product knowledge, market understanding, and business policy awareness.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Pharmacy (e.g., B. Sc, Msc, B.Pharma, Mpharm).
  • Language: Proficiency in English is essential.
