Responsibilities include analytical method development and validation, instrument-based testing, stability studies, impurity analysis, and ensuring documentation adheres to cGMP and GLP standards. Key skills sought are method development, laboratory documentation, and data integrity.
  • Regulatory Affairs (RA) & Regulatory Affairs – Licensing: Roles for Executives with 4-5 years of experience for core RA, and 2-4 years for Licensing. Required qualifications include M.Sc. in Chemistry for RA, and M.Pharm or M.Sc. for Licensing roles. Key tasks involve preparing and reviewing regulatory dossiers, supporting product registration, ensuring adherence to national and international regulatory guidelines, managing licensing documentation, and coordinating submission activities. Essential skills include regulatory documentation, product registration, and compliance management.
  • Intellectual Property Management (IPM): Senior Executives with 2-5 years of experience, qualified with an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry. Responsibilities focus on supporting patent searches, analyzing patent literature and scientific publications, assisting in patent documentation and filing, and coordinating IP-related matters with R&D teams. Core skills include patent search, IP management, and scientific literature review.
  • Technology Transfer (TT): Senior Executives with 4-5 years of experience, holding a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. Duties include coordinating technology transfer activities from R&D to manufacturing, preparing transfer documents and protocols, supporting process scale-up and validation, and ensuring the smooth transition of manufacturing processes. Key competencies are technology transfer, process scale-up, and technical documentation.

Educational Background:
Candidates are expected to possess relevant qualifications such as M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry), M.Pharm, or B.Tech (Chemical Engineering), depending on the specific role they are applying for.
