The Opportunity

We are conducting a Walk-In Drive to recruit talented and experienced professionals for multiple full-time positions at our Dahej, Gujarat manufacturing plant. This is an excellent chance to grow your career within the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Available Positions & Requirements (Job Location: Dahej, Gujarat)

We are seeking dedicated individuals across the following departments:

• Production (Excipients/Spheres):
  • Supervisor: B.Sc. / Diploma in Chemical with 4-8 years experience.
  • Operator: ITI / AOCP with 2-5 years experience.
• Maintenance:
  • RFM Technician: ITI (RFM) with 2-5 years experience.
  • Welder: ITI – Welder with 2-5 years experience.
• Research & Development (R&D):
  • Chemist – ADL: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm. / M.Pharm. with 1-5 years experience.
  • Senior Chemist / Chemist – Formulations: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm. / M.Pharm. with 2-6 years experience.
• Utility (ETP Lab):
  • Chemist: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Tech (Environmental Science) with 2-5 years experience.
• Store/Warehouse:
  • Purchase Executive: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.E. with 2-5 years experience.
  • Dispatch Executive: B.Com. / M.Com. / B.A. with 4-6 years experience.

What We’re Looking For & Your Responsibilities

Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical process operations, and relevant departmental expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising/operating manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and GMP compliance.
• Performing preventive/breakdown maintenance, handling rotating equipment and welding activities.
• Conducting analytical, formulation, and laboratory experiments, including documentation.
• Monitoring Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) parameters and environmental testing.
• Managing procurement, dispatch, inventory, and maintaining accurate warehouse records.

A keen eye for safety and adherence to compliance standards are paramount for all roles.
