About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Jr. Executive / Executive in AR&D, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing analytical method development, validation, and transfer activities for various pharmaceutical products.
- Conducting comprehensive analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using advanced analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, IR).
- Ensuring strict compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), regulatory guidelines, and internal quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of experimental procedures, results, and observations.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality assurance processes.
- Troubleshooting analytical instruments and methodologies to ensure optimal performance and reliable results.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Background: B. Pharma or M.Sc. in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Analytical Research & Development within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills: Proven expertise in modern analytical techniques, a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to technical precision.
- Personal Attributes: A passion for continuous learning, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
