Open Positions & Key Requirements:
1. Quality Assurance (QA)
- Roles: Officer, Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager
- Experience: 2 to 12 years
- Qualification: M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm
- Specialization: IPQA, Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation, Equipment Qualification (EQ), Vendor Qualification (VQ), Annual Product Quality Review (APQR), Product Quality Review (PQR), and Audit Management.
2. Quality Control (QC)
- Roles: Officer, Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager
- Experience: 2 to 12 years
- Qualification: M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm
- Specialization: Finished Goods (FG) testing, Stability Studies, Raw Material/Packaging Material (RM/PM) analysis, Microbiology, and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
3. Upstream / Downstream (Manufacturing)
- Roles: Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager
- Experience: 2 to 12 years
- Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech, or M.Tech in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Biochemistry
- Specialization: Expertise in Fermentation, Centrifugation, Filtration, Purification processes, and Sterile Area Operations (including aseptic practices, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) adherence, and comprehensive documentation).
4. Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
- Roles: Executive, Senior Executive
- Experience: 2 to 8 years
- Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech, or M.Tech in EHS, Environmental Science, Biotechnology, or Chemistry
- Specialization: Proficient in Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations, robust Safety Management systems, and ensuring strict Environmental Compliance.
Candidate Profile:
We are specifically seeking professionals with demonstrable experience from the Pharma API, Biologics, Fermentation, or the broader Biotechnology industry. A solid understanding of regulatory guidelines and industry best practices is crucial for all roles.
