A leading organization is actively seeking dedicated Voice Process Executives to join its team in a permanent capacity. This role is perfect for individuals possessing strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
As a Voice Process Executive, your core responsibilities will involve efficiently handling both inbound and outbound customer calls. You will be expected to effectively resolve customer queries by communicating clearly in English and one of the following regional languages: Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu. Key duties also include maintaining professional phone etiquette, accurately updating call details in the system, staying updated with process knowledge, and strictly adhering to shift timings and schedules.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation is mandatory for all applicants. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside fluency in English and at least one of the specified regional languages. Both freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
Work Structure:
This is a full-time position offering 5 working days a week with 2 rotational week-offs. Daily shifts will include 10 total login hours, with 9 hours dedicated to production. Salary for this role is negotiable, and immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Selection Process:
The hiring process consists of three stages: a Language Assessment, an HR Interview, and a Final Discussion.
