Seeking Experienced Professionals:

Torrent Pharmaceuticals is looking to hire dedicated Technicians, Executives, and Technical Assistants. Candidates must possess a proven track record of working within regulatory pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.

Open Positions & Requirements:

1. Production Department (Technician)

  • Specializations: Candidates should have experience in Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsule production.
  • Qualifications: An ITI certification or a 2-Year Regular Diploma in relevant disciplines (e.g., Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, Electronics) is required.
  • Experience: Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Responsibilities include: Operating manufacturing equipment, ensuring strict compliance with cGMP standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitoring production quality and equipment performance, performing basic troubleshooting, and meticulously maintaining production records.
  • Required Skills: A strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, hands-on experience in the specified production areas, comprehensive knowledge of cGMP and SOP compliance, and essential problem-solving abilities.

2. Quality Control (Executive / Technical Assistant)

  • Qualifications: A Master of Science (M.Sc.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree is necessary.
  • Experience: Candidates should have 2 to 7 years of experience in a quality control environment within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Responsibilities include: Conducting thorough analysis of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples; executing Analytical Method Validation (AMV), Method Verification, and Method Transfer activities; interpreting complex analytical data and troubleshooting laboratory issues; operating and maintaining a variety of analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Polarimeter, and Karl Fischer (KF); leading investigations for Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), and Deviations; and ensuring full compliance with international regulatory guidelines including USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA, and ICH.
  • Required Skills: Extensive hands-on experience with analytical laboratory instruments, in-depth knowledge of analytical method validation, proficiency in regulatory compliance, strong data interpretation and analytical skills, and expertise in OOS, OOT, and deviation investigations.

Mandatory Eligibility:
All applicants must demonstrate prior experience working in a regulatory pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. Additionally, good communication and documentation skills are essential for all roles. Job Responsibilities

Production – Technician

  • Ensure smooth execution of production activities in compliance with cGMP requirements.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor equipment performance and maintain production quality.
  • Troubleshoot basic machine-related issues.
  • Maintain production records and documentation.

Quality Control – Executive / Technical Assistant
