A leading pharmaceutical company, Innova Captab Ltd., is conducting a significant walk-in interview drive for various positions across its Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Production, Analytical Research & Development, and Microbiology departments. These opportunities are primarily based at their Baddi location.
The company is seeking experienced professionals for the following roles:
Quality Assurance (QA): Opportunities are available for Executive and Senior Executive roles. Candidates should hold a B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc degree with 2-6 years of experience in areas such as Quality Management Systems (QMS), In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), Validation, and Stability studies.
Quality Control (QC): The QC department is looking for Officers, Chemists, Executives, and Senior Executives. Applicants should possess a B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc qualification with 1-6 years of experience. Desired expertise includes testing of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), Finished Goods (FG), Stability samples, In-Process Finished Product (IPFP), Analytical Method Transfer (AMT), and Analytical Method Validation (AMV), utilizing instruments like HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV.
Production (OSD/Parenteral): Positions for Officer, Senior Officer, and Executive are open. Candidates with a B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree and 1-6 years of experience in areas such as Granulation, Compression, Coating, Packing, Aseptic filling, and Sealing are encouraged to apply.
Analytical Research & Development (ARD): Innova Captab Ltd. is hiring Executives, Senior Executives, Officers, and Chemists. A B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc degree is required, along with 1-6 years of experience in Method Development and Validation, specifically for Dissolution, Assay, Related Substances, and Potency testing.
Microbiology (QC): For the Microbiology section of QC, roles for Officer and Executive are available. Candidates should have an M.Sc in Microbiology and 2-6 years of experience in assays like Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET), Sterility, Microbial Limit Test (MLT), and Environmental Monitoring.
