Job Title: Walk-in Interview: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive – Production, QA, QC (Formulation)
Company Overview:
IPCA Laboratories, a global pharmaceutical leader committed to quality and affordability, invites skilled professionals to join our Formulation team at our Kandla SEZ facility. We are conducting urgent walk-in interviews for experienced individuals in Production, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance.
The Opportunity:
We seek dynamic professionals with 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. These roles demand a strong understanding of cGMP and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Production (Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive):
- Execute and oversee formulation activities: Compression, Granulation, Coating for various dosage forms (Tablets, Capsules, Dry Syrup, Ointment, Liquid).
- Ensure QMS compliance, handle documentation, and regulatory audit readiness.
- Contribute to PDR, Process Validation, and BMR/BPR review.
Quality Control (Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive):
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of RM, FG, Stability, IP, and FP samples.
- Operate and troubleshoot advanced analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, KF, UV, IR, Potentiometric Titrator).
- Adhere to GLP, manage QMS activities (OOS, OOT, Incidents, Deviations), and perform Microbiology tests (MLT, Sterility).
Quality Assurance (Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive):
- Perform IPQA, Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, and Analytical Validation.
- Manage QMS functions: Incidents, OOS, Deviations, Change Control, Vendor Qualification.
- Support regulatory audits, address Market Complaints, and conduct Data, APR, and Stability data review.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc.
- Experience: 2 to 7 years in pharmaceutical formulation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Candidates interviewed by IPCA in the last 6 months need not apply.
