The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated R&D Officer Executive to strengthen our dynamic Research & Development team. This critical role is designed for a professional who is passionate about pharmaceutical research, dedicated to innovation, and ready to contribute to the development of new and improved products. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage experimental research projects within the R&D department.
- Develop, optimize, and validate laboratory procedures and analytical methods.
- Analyze, interpret, and accurately document research findings and experimental results.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and calibration.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Master of Science (M.Sc.) in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Research & Development, preferably within the pharmaceutical or allied chemical industry. This position is open exclusively to experienced candidates.
