About the Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced and dynamic professionals to fill key positions as Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Scientist within our Bioanalytical Clinical Research team. This exciting opportunity is based at our state-of-the-art facility in Cherlapally, Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute method development, method validation, and study sample analysis utilizing advanced LC-MS/MS systems.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain a wide range of bioanalytical laboratory equipment, including HPLC systems, centrifuges, turbo-evaporators, and solid-phase extraction systems.
- Prepare and meticulously maintain comprehensive documentation, including method validation protocols, validation reports, Standard Test Procedures (STPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and detailed bioanalytical reports.
- Ensure all laboratory documentation, raw data forms, and logbooks are maintained with precision, strictly adhering to in-house SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Compile, review, and verify calibration data, raw data forms, and all laboratory logbooks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Uphold all applicable SOPs, stringent safety standards, and proper disposal procedures for laboratory waste.
- Accurately record environmental parameters such as laboratory temperature and humidity, ensuring precision in result transcription and calculation from chromatographic and raw data.
- Manage proper labeling of reagents, solutions, and chemicals, alongside the timely archival of completed studies and validated documents.
- Report the progress of assigned work directly to the supervisor/HOD and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support departmental objectives.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-6 years of proven, hands-on experience exclusively in Clinical Research, specifically within a bioanalytical laboratory setting.
- Demonstrated expertise with LC-MS/MS, including practical experience in bioanalytical method development, validation, and study sample analysis.
- Solid understanding of laboratory documentation practices and the proficient operation of various bioanalytical equipment.
- A relevant qualification in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a closely related scientific discipline is essential.
- Exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
