Opportunity:
We are actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Quality Control Executive to enhance our team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about maintaining superior quality standards and ensuring compliance within a dynamic manufacturing setting. You will be instrumental in the routine analysis, calibration, and maintenance of critical QC instruments, contributing directly to our product integrity and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance for various Quality Control instruments, including HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Dissolution Apparatus, pH meters, and balances.
- Coordinate effectively with service engineers during instrument breakdowns to ensure timely resolution and minimize operational delays.
- Conduct thorough analytical testing of raw materials, in-process intermediates, and finished Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
- Ensure all analytical activities comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict data integrity practices for all test results and instrument logs.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of diverse analytical techniques.
- Comprehensive understanding of major pharmacopoeias (USP, EP, BP, IP).
- Strong adherence to good documentation practices and data integrity principles.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, and familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
