Current Openings Across Core Departments:
Manufacturing Department:
Opportunities are available for Sr. Officers/Officers (B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 2-8 years experience) and Associates/Operators (10th/12th with ITI, Diploma, or D.Pharm, possessing 2-10 years experience). Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing operations, including granulation, compression, coating, pellet coating, capsule filling, and primary & secondary packing. Experience within USFDA-regulated environments is highly valued.
Maintenance (Plant Maintenance):
The Maintenance department is looking for Sr. Officers/Officers (B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical with 2-10 years experience) and Assistants (ITI/Diploma in Fitter, Electrical, or Mechanical with 2-10 years experience). Essential skills include preventive and breakdown maintenance, plant equipment troubleshooting, inspection and condition monitoring, robust documentation compliance, and spare parts management. Prior exposure to regulatory audits is a significant advantage for officer roles.
Stores (Warehouse):
Positions include Officers (Any Graduate with 4-10 years experience) and Associates/Operators (ITI & D.Pharm with 4-10 years experience). Candidates should possess experience in handling raw materials and packing materials, as well as operations within the Finished Goods (FG) section of pharmaceutical formulation plants.
Information Technology:
The IT department seeks Officers/Executives (BCA, MCA, B.E. in IT, or B.E. in Instrumentation with 2-10 years experience). Required competencies include strong knowledge of PV/SCADA, GxP systems, CSV support, data backup strategies, server management, security management, QMS activities, meticulous documentation, and network management.
Quality Control (QC):
Sr. Officers/Officers are invited (B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharm with 3-8 years experience). Key requirements include proficiency in the analysis of Solid Oral dosage forms, both Finished Product (FP) and Raw Material testing, in-process and stability testing, analytical method validation, and proficient instrument handling. Experience in PMQC and Dissolution studies is also sought.
Quality Assurance (QA):
The Quality Assurance team is looking for Sr. Officers/Officers (B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 3-5 years experience). Candidates should have expertise in validation and qualification activities, DRA support, PMQA, investigation handling, and Engineering QA. Experience in USFDA-regulated environments is considered crucial for these roles.
