The Opportunity:
We are excited to announce a Walk-in Interview event, seeking skilled professionals to join our operations in Shameerpet, Hyderabad. We are actively recruiting for positions within our Production – Downstream (DS) and Quality Control – Microbiology departments. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals at various career stages, from freshers to those with up to 5 years of experience, to contribute to cutting-edge biopharmaceutical manufacturing and quality assurance. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Available Positions and Key Responsibilities:
1. Production – Downstream (DS)
- Qualifications: M.Sc, B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Life Sciences.
- Experience: 0-5 Years.
- Responsibilities Include:
- Operating and troubleshooting large-scale chromatography and Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) systems.
- Ensuring meticulous adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation standards.
- Proficient handling and operation of AKTA Avant systems.
- Knowledgeable in the operation, cleaning, and sanitization of downstream process equipment.
- Applying a robust understanding of Downstream Processing (DSP) principles and processes.
- Collaborating effectively within a high-performance team environment.
2. Quality Control – Microbiology
- Qualifications: M.Sc, B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Life Sciences.
- Experience: 0-5 Years.
- Responsibilities Include:
- Performing Environmental Monitoring, Water Analysis, Bioburden, Sterility, and Bacterial Endotoxin Tests.
- Ensuring strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Conducting microbial identification and precise culture handling.
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., USFDA, MHRA, ICH).
- Executing aseptic techniques and sterile operations with precision.
- Expertise in microbial testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure product quality.

Important Note: Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates who have attended an interview with Ichor Biologics within the last six months are not eligible for this recruitment drive.
