About the Opportunity:
We are conducting a walk-in interview for talented and driven individuals to join us as Officers or Executives. This is an exceptional opportunity for M.Sc. Chemistry graduates with relevant industry experience to make a significant impact across crucial pharmaceutical functions. You will play a vital role in our Hosur units, contributing to cutting-edge product development, process optimization, and comprehensive analytical support.
Key Responsibilities (depending on department):
- Research & Development (R&D): Conduct pharmaceutical product development and research activities, including synthesis, formulation, and process development.
- Technology Transfer: Contribute to the seamless transfer of technology from laboratory scale to commercial manufacturing, ensuring efficient and scalable processes.
- Analytical Development Lab (ADL): Perform analytical method development, validation, and routine testing to support product development and quality control.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, regulatory guidelines, and safety protocols in all activities.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and organizational objectives.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry is a mandatory requirement.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven, relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within Research & Development, Technology Transfer, or Analytical Development Lab roles.
- Skills: Strong analytical acumen, excellent problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Preference: Male candidates are preferred for these positions.
