Current Openings and Requirements:
The opportunities are primarily concentrated in two key Regulatory Affairs domains:
1. Regulatory Affairs – CMC Canada:
- Designations: Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Executive, Executive
- Qualification: Candidates must hold an M.Pharm or B.Pharm degree.
- Experience: Required experience ranges from 3–5 years for Executive roles, up to 7–12 years for Managerial positions.
- Crucially, mandatory exposure to the Canadian market is a prerequisite for these roles.
2. Regulatory Affairs – eCTD:
- Designations: Senior Officer, Officer, Trainee Officer
- Qualification: An M.Pharm or B.Pharm degree is required.
- Experience: Positions are open to freshers with relevant internship experience, extending to professionals with up to 3 years of experience.
Essential Market Exposure:
Applicants for applicable roles must possess strong market exposure, with experience in Canada being mandatory. Additional experience in other regulated markets such as the United States, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities for Successful Candidates:

Regulatory Affairs – CMC Canada:
- Reviewing and finalizing dossiers for drug submissions.
- Preparing and submitting comprehensive regulatory documents to Health Canada and other global authorities.
- Compiling, reviewing, and meticulously maintaining CMC documentation.
- Coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle and post-market management.
- Ensuring strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all relevant global regulatory guidelines.
- Handling post-approval changes, renewals, and variations efficiently.

Regulatory Affairs – eCTD:
- Preparing, validating, and submitting eCTD dossiers.
- Managing submission sequences and overseeing the document lifecycle.
- Handling responses to deficiencies, including Clarifications, Summary of Deficiencies (SDN), Notice of Deficiency (NOD), and Notice of Non-Compliance (NON).
- Performing publishing, validation, and ongoing maintenance of regulatory submissions.
- Ensuring steadfast compliance with regulatory standards and adherence to submission timelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
All applicants should possess a B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree. While relevant Regulatory Affairs experience is essential for all experienced roles, freshers with internship experience in the Regulatory Affairs domain are strongly encouraged to apply for Trainee positions. A critical requirement for many openings is demonstrated exposure to regulated markets, with a particular emphasis on Canada.
