The Opportunity:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in our Analytical Quality Assurance department. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the analytical systems and processes adhere to stringent quality standards, GxP guidelines, and regulatory requirements. This position offers a chance to contribute significantly to our quality framework and drive excellence.
Key Responsibilities Will Include (but are not limited to):
- Overseeing and managing Analytical QA operations within the plant.
- Leading and conducting thorough investigations for Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results.
- Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all analytical data.
- Implementing and maintaining Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the analytical scope.
- Initiating and managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to analytical findings.
- Ensuring robust regulatory compliance across all analytical activities and documentation.
- Actively participating in internal and external audits.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: A minimum of 12 to 18 years of progressive experience in Analytical Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Qualification: M.Pharm or M.Sc. from a recognized institution.
- Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in areas such as Analytical QA processes, OOS/OOT investigations, Data Integrity principles, GLP/GMP compliance, comprehensive investigations, CAPA implementation, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Skills: Strong analytical acumen, excellent problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential.
