About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce a fantastic entry-level opportunity for enthusiastic and driven male ITI Fitter freshers to join our Engineering Services department as an Assistant – Trainee. This role is perfect for individuals eager to embark on a career in pharmaceutical plant engineering, maintenance, and utility operations. You will receive hands-on training and gain practical experience in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Shift Fitter in executing routine engineering and maintenance activities.
• Support the maintenance and upkeep of API process equipment.
• Aid the Utility Operator in various utility-related operations within the plant.
• Contribute to the overall maintenance of plant equipment and utilities, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Strictly adhere to all applicable safety protocols and operational procedures during maintenance tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualification: Essential ITI certification in the Fitter trade.
• Experience: This position is specifically designed for freshers; no prior work experience is required.
• Gender: Open to male candidates only for this role.
