Role: Production Operator (SMT-Production)
As a Production Operator specializing in Surface Mount Technology (SMT), you will be a crucial contributor to our high-volume manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include operating and monitoring SMT machinery, performing quality checks, and ensuring smooth production flow in a fast-paced setting. We are looking for individuals who are keen learners, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and product quality.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Education: Intermediate qualification (MPC/BIPC/CEC/HEC/MEC/MLT with Bridge Course) OR any Degree (candidates who are currently pursuing or have previously failed are also welcome to apply).
- Age: Between 18 and 30 years.
- Department: Production.
- Commitment: A strong willingness to commit to a minimum of 3 years of service with the company, demonstrating dedication and stability.
- Gender: Please note, these positions are open exclusively to Male candidates.
