Opportunity Overview:
We are actively seeking enthusiastic, driven, and detail-oriented candidates to join our Production (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient – API) team at our Mekaguda Chemical Division. This presents an excellent opportunity for both fresh graduates and early-career professionals to embark on a rewarding journey and gain invaluable experience in API manufacturing within a leading pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and meticulously oversee various production activities within chemical and API manufacturing processes.
- Diligenly monitor batch processes and ensure the accurate maintenance of all production records.
- Guarantee strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain robust safety standards across all operations.
- Uphold and promote high standards of cleanliness and effective housekeeping within the production area.
- Actively support shift operations, including rotational shifts, and contribute to comprehensive production reporting.
Who We Are Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Chemistry from a recognized university or institution.
- Fresh graduates from the 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-out batches are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in chemical or API manufacturing are welcome.
Desired Skills & Attributes:
- Possess strong foundational knowledge of Chemistry principles.
- Demonstrate good discipline, a proactive approach to work, and a keen awareness of safety protocols.
- Willingness and proven ability to work effectively in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required by operational demands.
- Exhibit a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to quality standards.
