A leading chemical manufacturing company is actively expanding its team and is hosting walk-in interviews for skilled professionals across several departments. Opportunities are available in Research & Development (R&D), Quality Assurance (QA), Pilot Plant/Process Development (PD) Lab, and Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC). All positions are primarily based at the company’s facility in Sachin GIDC, Surat, Gujarat.

Walk-In Interview Schedule

Prospective candidates are invited to attend interviews on the following dates and times:

  • Interview Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Interview Venue: Acutaas Chemicals Limited, Plot No. 127/1, G.I.D.C., Industrial Estate, Ankleshwar.
    (Please note: While the job location is Sachin GIDC, Surat, the interviews will be conducted at the Ankleshwar facility.)
  • Shift Requirement: Rotational shifts may be required for roles in applicable departments, except for PPIC, which operates on a general shift.

Detailed Job Openings:

1. R&D Department

  • Qualification: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry)
  • Experience: 2 – 6 Years
  • Industry Focus: Specialty Chemicals, Pharma Intermediates, API
  • Key Responsibilities: Conduct research for new product development and process improvements, design and execute laboratory experiments, analyze data for process optimization, and support technology transfer and scale-up activities.

2. Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry or Organic Chemistry
  • Experience: 3 – 6 Years
  • Area of Expertise: Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA) and Regulatory Affairs (RA)
  • Key Requirements: Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements, excellent documentation and compliance skills, and experience with internal/external audits and quality systems.

3. Pilot Plant / PD Lab

  • Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry / Organic Chemistry or B.E./B.Tech Chemical Engineering
  • Experience: 0 – 6 Years
  • Industry Focus: Specialty Chemicals, Pharma Intermediates, API Manufacturing
  • Key Responsibilities: Execute pilot-scale process development studies, scale-up laboratory processes to plant level, optimize yields, purity, and process efficiency, and support process validation and technology transfer.

4. Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)

  • Qualification: MBA / M.Sc / Similar Discipline
  • Experience: 2 – 4 Years
  • Shift: General Shift
  • Key Responsibilities: Oversee production planning and scheduling, manage material requirement planning, execute inventory management and control, and ensure timely delivery while minimizing disruptions.
