Candidates are expected to possess specific educational qualifications, including an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, or an ITI AOCP certification. Responsibilities also encompass monitoring batch initiation and production activities in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and approved specifications. calibrating balances and critical production instruments, and meticulously verifying and reviewing Batch Records (BR), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, and validation protocols. Furthermore, roles will involve coordinating effectively with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Maintenance teams to facilitate seamless production operations, preparing and maintaining accurate production reports and documentation, and consistently ensuring compliance with all GMP requirements and regulatory guidelines.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong experience in API manufacturing operations and possess a comprehensive understanding of GMP, cGMP, and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of documentation review and production records is vital, alongside robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. The capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams is also highly valued.
