The Opportunity:
We are conducting a walk-in interview for dynamic and experienced Quality Control professionals to strengthen our QC Department at our Tarapur facility. We are looking to fill 6 critical positions across our HPLC, Chemical, and Microbiology sections. Open Positions & Key Responsibilities (3 – 7 Years Experience Required):
1. QC – HPLC (3 Openings)
- Perform hands-on HPLC analysis, sampling, and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain HPLC instruments in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure GLP/GMP-compliant documentation, uphold data integrity, and generate accurate reports.
- Participate in deviation investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry
2. QC – Chemical (1 Opening)
- Conduct various chemical analyses, sampling, and testing.
- Handle and maintain diverse laboratory instruments.
- Manage calibration schedules and perform routine maintenance.
- Maintain meticulous GLP/GMP documentation, ensure data integrity, and support deviation investigations.
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry
3. QC – Microbiology (2 Openings)
- Execute microbiological analyses, including sampling and testing.
- Adhere strictly to microbiology laboratory practices and aseptic techniques.
- Operate and maintain microbiology instruments.
- Ensure comprehensive GLP/GMP documentation, data integrity, and support deviation investigations.
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Microbiology
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in a Quality Control role within the pharmaceutical industry. Freshers are not eligible.
- Industry Preference: Preference will be given to candidates currently or previously working in API manufacturing, Bulk Drug manufacturing, CDMO, Intermediate manufacturing, or other regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
- Skills: Strong analytical acumen, excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of GLP/GMP practices, understanding of data integrity requirements, and hands-on experience with relevant laboratory instruments.
