Ajanta Pharma Ltd. is a leading specialty pharmaceutical company dedicated to developing, manufacturing, and marketing high-quality finished dosage products for domestic and international markets. We are expanding our team at our state-of-the-art, US FDA-approved Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulation facility located in Paithan, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. We are seeking talented and experienced professionals to join our Quality Control and Maintenance departments.

Open Positions (Officer / Sr. Officer):
1. Quality Control
- Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of Finished Products (FP), In-Process (IP), Raw Materials (RM), Process Validation (PV), and stability samples.
- Execution of method validation and method transfer activities.
- Proficiency in operating analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, XRD, Particle Size Analyzers, IR, and LIMS.
- Candidate Profile: Must have hands-on experience in pharmaceutical QC operations, including FP, IP, RM, and PV analysis, stability testing, method validation/transfer, and instrument handling (HPLC, GC, XRD, IR, Particle Size, LIMS).
2. Maintenance
- Qualification: B.E. / D.E.E. Electrical / Mechanical
- Experience: 4-8 years
- Key Responsibilities (Process & Utility Equipment):
- Perform mechanical and electrical preventive and breakdown maintenance for process equipment, including PLC, SCADA, electrical panels, and E-log systems. Exposure to software breakdown is a plus.
- Manage breakdown maintenance for utility equipment, ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant).
- Possess strong knowledge of HVAC systems, humidifiers, and dehumidifier AHUs.
- Candidate Profile: Proven experience in pharmaceutical plant maintenance, covering process equipment, utilities, ETP/STP, HVAC, PLC, SCADA, and electrical systems.
Important Eligibility:
We highly prefer candidates with a strong understanding of regulatory documentation requirements and cGMP/GDP. Experience in regulated pharmaceutical plants, particularly those approved by USFDA/MHRA, is essential.
