We are actively recruiting for the following positions:
- Production – Granulation & Coating Technician
- Quality Control – Executive / Technical Assistant
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
For Production – Granulation & Coating Technician:
- Operate and manage manufacturing processes and machinery in Granulation & Coating.
- Apply problem-solving skills to process challenges and troubleshooting.
- Ensure strict compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain efficient operation of relevant production machinery.
For Quality Control – Executive / Technical Assistant:
- Perform comprehensive analysis of finished products, stability samples, and raw materials.
- Execute analytical method validation, verification, and method transfer.
- Interpret analytical data effectively and troubleshoot instrument-related issues.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of solid oral dosage and quality processes.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements including USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA, and ICH guidelines.
- Operate and troubleshoot various QC instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, polarimeter, UV spectrophotometer, and KF.
- Investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), and deviations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Production Technician: ITI (2 Years – NCVT) with 2-5 years of relevant experience. ITI Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Quality Control Executive / Technical Assistant: M.Sc. / B.Pharm with 2-7 years of experience.
- General Requirement: All candidates must possess prior experience working in a regulated pharmaceutical plant, and immediate joiners are preferred.
