Opportunity:
We are conducting an exclusive walk-in drive for experienced Operators and Officers across our critical departments: Production, Packing, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC). If you possess 2 to 7 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry and are committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency, we invite you to be part of our journey.
Key Responsibilities:
For Production & Packing Roles:
- Operate and manage various sophisticated manufacturing and packaging equipment, including granulation machines, blister packers, compression machines, and secondary packaging lines, to ensure the efficient production of high-quality finished goods.
- Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and established safety protocols throughout all production and packing operations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of production runs, batch information, and inventory management to ensure full traceability and compliance.
For Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) Roles:
- Execute comprehensive quality control tests on incoming raw materials, in-process intermediates, and final pharmaceutical products to verify adherence to specifications.
- Proficiently utilize advanced analytical techniques, including HPLC analysis, to ensure the purity, potency, and quality of products.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory standards across all manufacturing and quality control stages.
- Contribute to meticulous documentation practices for all quality-related activities, including test results, batch records, and investigation reports.
Common Responsibilities (Across all roles):
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to productivity, product quality, and workplace safety.
- Promote a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, specifically within Production, Packing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control departments.
- Demonstrated strong understanding and strict adherence to GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in operating relevant machinery (for Production/Packing) or performing analytical tests (for QA/QC).
- Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective record-keeping and communication skills.
