About the Role:
We are actively seeking talented and driven individuals to strengthen our Production department within the API Division. This presents an excellent opportunity for both aspiring fresh graduates and experienced professionals to contribute to critical manufacturing and solvent recovery operations. As a vital member of our Production team, you will play a crucial role in executing and overseeing efficient and compliant API manufacturing processes, consistently adhering to the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing processes with precision.
- Manage and optimize solvent recovery activities to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
- Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all relevant safety protocols.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment effectively.
- Accurately record and document all production-related activities and data.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and schedules.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Background: B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in API manufacturing or solvent recovery activities. Freshers with a strong academic foundation and a keen interest in pharmaceutical production are highly encouraged to apply.
- Shift Flexibility: Candidates must possess the flexibility and willingness to work in rotational shifts as dictated by production demands.
