About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associates in Bioanalytical to join our expanding team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals to contribute to critical bioanalytical studies. You will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our research data, operating within a highly regulated environment and adhering to the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive sample analysis for various bioanalytical studies.
- Actively participate in the development and validation of new and existing bioanalytical methods.
- Ensure strict compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain meticulous laboratory documentation, including the preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Contribute to overall laboratory compliance, quality control, and assurance activities.
- Accurately handle and process biological samples.
- Collaborate effectively with senior researchers and team members on diverse clinical research projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in bioanalytical research or a related scientific field.
- Fresh Graduates: We welcome applications from 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-outs. Candidates must possess all relevant educational certificates.
- Commitment: A 2-year commitment to the role is required.
Essential Skills:
- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of Bioanalytical Research principles.
- In-depth knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Familiarity with Method Validation and Sample Processing techniques.
- Proficiency in Laboratory Documentation and SOP Preparation.
- An understanding of Clinical Research concepts.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
