The Opportunity:
We are excited to invite talented and driven individuals to join our Production Department. We have immediate openings for Production Associates and Officers at our API manufacturing facility located in Paravada, Visakhapatnam. This is an exceptional chance for professionals with varying levels of experience, including promising freshers, to contribute to critical pharmaceutical operations. We are actively seeking candidates who can join us without delay.
Key Responsibilities (May include but are not limited to):
- Operating and monitoring various production equipment and machinery.
- Ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the manufacturing process.
- Maintaining rigorous compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Accurately documenting all production activities and maintaining comprehensive records.
- Actively participating in process improvement initiatives and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience in a Production role within the pharmaceutical industry are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing operations is highly preferred. Freshers or early-career candidates demonstrating strong potential may also be considered.
- Education: A relevant degree or diploma (e.g., B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Diploma in Chemical Engineering) is generally preferred for these positions.
- Skills: A solid understanding of pharmaceutical production processes, meticulous attention to detail, excellent documentation skills, and a firm commitment to workplace safety and product quality.
