Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – QA Validation & Qualification
Department: Quality Assurance – Validation & Qualification
Location: Hyderabad
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional to join our Quality Assurance department as a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager focusing on Validation and Qualification. This critical role involves ensuring that all equipment, processes, and facilities meet stringent regulatory and quality standards within the vaccine industry. If you possess a strong background in QA validation, an in-depth understanding of cGMP, and a passion for upholding quality, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute QA Validation and Qualification activities across various operational areas.
- Hands-on involvement in the qualification and validation of equipment, manufacturing processes, cleaning procedures, and facility systems.
- Ensure robust knowledge and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and execute comprehensive validation protocols and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and provide expertise on deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and change control processes.
- Actively contribute to audit readiness initiatives, ensuring the validation systems meet inspection requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 08 – 12 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on Validation and Qualification.
- Industry Background: Mandatory experience within the Vaccine industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm), Life Sciences (M.Sc. / B.Sc.), Biotechnology, or a relevant scientific discipline.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex validation projects, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
