The BMS Trainee will be instrumental in monitoring, operating, and assisting in the maintenance of the company’s Building Management System. Key responsibilities involve regularly monitoring the BMS console for alarms, faults, and parameters; assisting in adjusting environmental controls like temperature, lighting schedules, and ventilation for comfort and energy efficiency; and logging and reporting system faults. The role also includes maintaining daily logs of energy consumption and equipment performance, and participating in routine preventative maintenance checks under supervision.
Qualifications include a B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
Company Secretary with Legal Knowledge
The Company Secretary role involves ensuring compliance with company law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards across all secretarial activities.
