Junior Operator Production
Are you a proactive and safety-conscious individual with a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a dedicated Junior Operator Production to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing production operations, ensuring adherence to the highest safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, and contributing directly to our manufacturing targets on a shift basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Production Operations: Operate equipment efficiently and accurately, performing unit operations and processes strictly according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch manufacturing records to achieve shift targets.
- Optimization & Improvement: Optimize resource utilization to enhance production output. Identify deficiencies, rectify errors in documentation, and actively propose and implement ideas to improve processes, product quality, and the use of consumable goods.
- Documentation & Compliance: Execute and update online documentation diligently, ensuring timely entries in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and supporting documents to meet stringent cGMP requirements. Verify documentation accuracy before submission to maintain data integrity.
- Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere to and promote cGMP and safety guidelines throughout the production process. Conduct and participate in training for workmen on cGMP, equipment operation, safety, and housekeeping. Ensure excellent housekeeping, proper sanitization, and the correct usage and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs). Promptly report any near-miss incidents.
- Collaboration: Interact regularly with Engineering & Utility for equipment queries, Safety for compliance rounds, and Formulation Technical Support for troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Pharmacy or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing organization, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong understanding and adherence to cGMP and safety protocols.
- Excellent operational skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solver with an ability to identify and rectify issues.
- Meticulous attention to detail for documentation and data integrity.
