Job Summary:
We are actively seeking talented and experienced Quality Control Professionals to join our dedicated team at our advanced formulation plant located in Dombivli, Mumbai. This pivotal role involves ensuring the quality and compliance of our pharmaceutical products throughout various stages, from raw materials to finished goods. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, a meticulous eye for detail, and a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing and qualification of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Excipients, including accurate sampling procedures.
- Perform validation of analytical methods to ensure their robustness, accuracy, and suitability for intended use.
- Execute routine analysis of in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples in strict accordance with standard operating procedures and specifications.
- Carry out precise calibration of various laboratory instruments and equipment, ensuring their optimal performance and compliance with quality standards.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and effective application of ICH Guidelines across all Quality Control activities.
- Ensure all quality control operations are performed in full compliance with MHRA GMP requirements and other applicable regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s (B.Sc) or Master’s (M.Sc) degree in Science, or a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm).
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 5 years of progressive experience in Quality Control within a pharmaceutical formulation plant is required.
- Specific Requirement: Proven work experience in a pharmaceutical formulation plant approved by MHRA GMP is essential for this role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent documentation skills, and a solid grasp of Good Manufacturing Practices.
