We are actively recruiting for roles in Analytical R&D, Production (covering both OSD and Injectables), Packing, and Engineering. Discover the opportunities available below.
1. ANALYTICAL RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT: We have 10 exciting positions available for dedicated professionals.
- Qualification: Candidates should possess an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry, or an M. Pharmacy degree.
- Experience: A solid background of 1 to 3 years in a relevant analytical role is required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Spearhead method development initiatives for critical dissolution and assay tests, ensuring precision and reliability.
• Conduct thorough analysis for developmental stability and pre-validation stages utilizing advanced HPLC and GC techniques.
• Uphold and maintain the highest standards of good documentation and laboratory practices (GLP), contributing to data integrity and compliance.
• Engage in specialized USP Type 4 and In Vitro Release Testing (IVRT) studies, crucial for product quality assessment.
• Actively participate in and contribute to reverse engineering efforts and the implementation of innovative analytical technologies to drive scientific advancement.
2. PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT: Opportunities are available in both Oral Solid Dosages (OSD) and Injectables manufacturing.
- Positions: We are looking for skilled Operators and accomplished Executives.
- Qualification: Ideal candidates will hold an ITI, Diploma, or B. Pharma qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production is essential.
For OSD Production, we require expertise in key areas such as Compression, Granulation, and adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS).
In Injectable Production, roles include:
Operators: Specialists in Manufacturing & Holding operations, Autoclave management, Vial Washing, Tunnel, Vial Filling & Sealing Machine operation. Your proficiency in these areas is highly valued.
Supervisors: Leaders with experience in Aseptic processing, Filling line supervision, and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) areas. Your oversight will ensure smooth and compliant production.
3. PACKING DEPARTMENT (OSD): We are seeking meticulous professionals for our Oral Solid Dosages packing operations.
- Positions: Opportunities for skilled Operators and capable Executives.
- Qualification: An ITI, Diploma, or B. Pharma qualification is preferred.
- Experience: Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical packing.
Key Packing Areas: Roles are available for Primary & Secondary Operators and Executives specializing in Bulk Packing and Blister Packing processes. Your expertise will ensure product integrity and timely delivery.
4. ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: We are looking for skilled professionals to maintain our state-of-the-art facilities.
- Positions: Opportunities for adept Technicians and experienced Executives.
- Qualification: A Diploma or B. Tech degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Experience: Candidates should possess substantial experience, ranging from 3 to 8 years, in a relevant engineering capacity.
Job Responsibilities will encompass:
• Performing essential electrical maintenance across both Oral Solid Dosages (OSD) and Injectable manufacturing lines, ensuring continuous and safe operations.
• Overseeing comprehensive process maintenance for both OSD and Injectable facilities, optimizing efficiency and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Specific duties on Injectable Lines include maintenance of Vial Washing machines, Tunnels, Vial Filling, Capping & Sealing Machines, Pre-Filled Syringe (PFS) Lines, Autoclaves, Manufacturing Vessels, and other critical equipment.
• For OSD Lines, responsibilities cover the maintenance of Granulation equipment, Compression machines, Fluid Bed Dryers (FBE), and Continuous Verification & Control (CVC) Packing Lines, ensuring peak performance.
5. APPRENTICE PROGRAM (PRODUCTION & PACKING): We are also offering an excellent opportunity for aspiring professionals to kickstart their careers through our Apprentice Program.
Qualification: Ideal candidates will hold an ITI, Diploma, B. Pharma, or any Science Graduation. This program is specifically for recent graduates from the 2024, 2025, and 2026 batches.
Eligibility Criteria include:
• Applicants must not currently be enrolled in EPFO & ESI schemes, indicating a fresh start in their professional journey.
• A strong willingness to adapt to and work efficiently across three rotational shifts is essential, reflecting the dynamic nature of our operations.
