- Process: The selection process will involve a Walk-In Interview, followed by thorough Documents Verification at the Registration Desk. Candidates are advised to arrive prepared with all necessary documents for a smooth process.
We maintain a preference for Male Candidates with relevant experience in the Pharma or Chemical Industry for all open positions.
Open Positions & Requirements
1. Production (Operator / Chemist / Sr. Chemist)
For our production department, we are looking for dedicated individuals to manage and execute shop floor operations.
- Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering / B.Sc
- Experience: Approximately 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the Pharma or Chemical industry.
- Key Skills: Proficient in handling shop floor production in rotational shifts, strong understanding and application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation, and practical experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
2. Electrical Engineer
We require a skilled Electrical Engineer to oversee and manage electrical systems and ensure operational continuity.
- Qualification: Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) complemented by a Wiremen / 33KV License.
- Experience: Around 4 to 6 years of experience within the Pharma or Chemical industry.
- Key Skills: Competence in handling electrical breakdown activities during various shifts, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance. Candidates should possess specific experience with 33KV Switchyard operations, Diesel Generators (DG), Delta wiring configurations, and Star delta systems.
3. QC (Sr. Analyst / Specialist)
Our Quality Control department is seeking an analytical expert to perform rigorous quality assessments.
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry or Organic Chemistry.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Pharma or Chemical industry.
- Key Skills: Demonstrated expertise in operating and troubleshooting a range of analytical instruments including ICP-MS/OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry/Optical Emission Spectrometry), HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), GC (Gas Chromatography), UV-Vis (Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy), and FTIR (Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy). Proficiency in various titration techniques is also essential.
