Department Openings & Requirements
1. Formulation R&D (4 Positions)
Cronus Pharma is seeking to expand its innovative Formulation Research & Development team with four dedicated professionals. These roles are pivotal for the design, development, and optimization of new pharmaceutical products.
- Experience: 1 – 7 Years
- Qualification: M. Pharma (Pharmaceutics)
Segments:
- Solid Orals (Tablets): We have 2 vacancies for individuals with expertise in solid oral dosage forms, specifically tablets. This includes one Junior Executive and one Senior Executive position, focusing on formulation development, process optimization, and technology transfer.
- Semi Solids (Oral Paste, Cream, Ointment): There are 2 vacancies for professionals specializing in semi-solid formulations, including oral pastes, creams, and ointments. These roles encompass one Junior Executive and one Senior Executive, involved in developing and scaling up topical and semi-solid products.
2. Production Department (10 Positions)
The Production Department is looking to hire 10 individuals to strengthen its manufacturing operations, particularly in oral solid dosage processes.
Operators (Compression, Granulation, Blending):
- Experience: 0 – 6 Years
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Com
- We are seeking skilled operators for critical stages of production, including compression, granulation, and blending. Candidates should have a foundational understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes.
Senior Officer / Executive (Compression, Granulation, Blending & QMS):
- Experience: 3 – 5 Years
- Qualifications: B. Pharma / M. Pharma
- These roles require experienced professionals to oversee and manage operations in compression, granulation, and blending, along with ensuring adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS). Strong leadership and technical expertise are essential.
3. Packing Department (10 Positions)
The Packing Department has 10 openings for diligent professionals to manage the crucial final stages of product preparation.
Operators (Blister, Bulk & CVC Packing):
- Experience: 0 – 6 Years (Primary & Secondary packing)
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Com
- We are looking for operators proficient in various packing formats, including blister, bulk, and CVC packing. Experience in both primary and secondary packaging processes is advantageous.
Officer / Senior Officer (Blister, Bulk & CVC Packing):
- Experience: 2 – 5 Years
- Qualifications: B. Pharma / M. Pharma / B.Sc
- These positions are for officers responsible for supervising packing lines, managing team performance, and ensuring compliance with packing specifications for blister, bulk, and CVC packing.
