About the Role:
We are actively seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our Analytical Research & Development (AR&D) team, specifically focusing on Oncology products. Key Responsibilities:
As a Research Associate in AR&D – Oncology, you will be involved in:

  • Performing various analytical tests on pharmaceutical products and raw materials.
  • Supporting the development and validation of analytical methods.
  • Operating and maintaining analytical instruments, with a particular focus on HPLC/UPLC systems.
  • Conducting analyses for dissolution, assay, related substances, and other critical pharmaceutical parameters.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
  • Maintaining meticulous analytical documentation and ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborating with senior researchers to troubleshoot and optimize analytical procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Analysis
    • M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry
  • Experience:
    • 0-1 years of experience in an analytical research and development setting.
    • Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internships in pharmaceutical analysis are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Essential Skills & Exposure:
    • Strong foundational knowledge in Analytical Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Analysis.
    • Basic understanding of analytical method development and validation principles.
    • Academic or project experience with chromatographic techniques, particularly HPLC/UPLC, will be highly regarded.
    • Familiarity with pharmaceutical analytical techniques such as dissolution, assay, and related substances analysis.
    • Awareness of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and data integrity principles.
