The Opportunity
We are inviting applications for dynamic and passionate individuals to fill the positions of Trainee Chemist / Chemist within our API Production department. This role is based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Mekaguda, Hyderabad, offering a stimulating environment for professional growth and contribution.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital part of our production team, your responsibilities will include:
- Executing and managing various production activities in a chemical manufacturing setting.
- Diligently monitoring batch processes and maintaining precise production records.
- Ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and upholding robust safety standards at all times.
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and housekeeping within the production area.
- Providing essential support for shift operations and generating timely reports to ensure smooth workflow.
Who We’re Looking For
- Education: Candidates must hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized institution.
- Experience: We welcome applications from both fresh graduates (2024, 2025, 2026 pass-out batches) and individuals with up to 2 years of relevant experience in API production.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Possess a strong foundational knowledge of Chemistry basics.
- Demonstrates excellent discipline and a proactive approach to safety awareness.
- Willingness and ability to work effectively in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
