About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) Officer to join our dynamic team in Vadodara, Gujarat. This pivotal role involves ensuring the quality and compliance of our tablet and nasal spray manufacturing processes. You will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to quality, from raw materials to finished products. We welcome both freshers and experienced professionals (0-4 years) passionate about pharmaceutical quality and eager to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
As an IPQA Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting in-process checks and sampling during various stages of tablet and nasal spray manufacturing.
- Monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Documenting all quality-related activities, observations, and deviations accurately and promptly.
- Participating in line clearance activities and ensuring equipment readiness for production.
- Assisting in investigations of deviations and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and proper functioning of the manufacturing environment and equipment in accordance with quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Skills: A strong passion for pharmaceutical quality, excellent understanding of GMP principles, keen attention to detail, and good communication skills.
- Attributes: Proactive, analytical, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
