Current Openings:
1. Research Associate – Formulation Analytical Development (FAD)
- Qualifications: M. Pharmacy / M.Sc.
- Experience: 1-2 years in formulation.
- Key Skills: Sound knowledge of Assay Dissolution, Related Substances for tablets/capsules/oral solutions, and ICH stability testing. Proficiency with Water HPLC, UV-visible spectrophotometer, KF Auto titrator. Expertise in analytical method validations, transfers, and verifications as per ICH and USP/BP guidelines. Ability to analyze in-process, stability & protocol-driven samples, prepare reports, protocols, STPs, SOPs, and adhere to GLP activities. Familiarity with Empower software is essential.

2. Research Associate – Formulation Research & Development (FRD)
- Qualifications: M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics).
- Experience: 3-4 years with Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) experience in a regulatory unit.
- Key Skills: Hands-on experience with OSD processes including Dry granulation, Wet granulation, Top/Bottom spray granulation, Hot Melt Extrusion (HME), Compression, and Coating. Exposure to oral solutions is advantageous. Sound knowledge of ICH guidelines and Quality by Design (QbD) principles. Capability to prepare stability protocols and compile stability data.

3. HR Executive
- Qualifications: MBA (Human Resources).
- Experience: 3 years, preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Key Skills: Proven ability to process monthly payroll accurately and generate PF/ESI Challans. Comprehensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. Assisting in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Maintaining accurate employee records in database systems. Strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Operator – Formulation R&D
- Qualifications: ITI (Fitter / Mechanical).
- Experience: Fresher.
- Key Skills: Ability to operate and handle manufacturing equipment such as RMG, HME, Roller Compaction, Compression machines, and Coating machines. Experience with manual Blister packing and Capsule filling machines. Capable of monitoring daily temperature and humidity for both GMP and non-GMP areas.
