Open Positions Across Key Departments:
Opportunities are available for various full-time roles across Production, Packing, Quality Control (OSD), QC Microbiology, and Analytical Research & Development (AR&D – OSD).
- Production: Roles include Junior Operator, Operator, Junior Officer, and Officer. Candidates need 1-5 years of experience in Granulation, Compression (Bi-layer/AWC), or Coating. Required qualifications are ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Com, or B.Pharm.
- Packing: Similar positions (Junior Operator/Officer, Officer) are open for individuals with 1-5 years of experience in Dry Syrup (Apex & JP), Blister Packing (Rotovac), or ALU-ALU (ELMACH-3522) operations. Qualifications include ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Com, or B.Pharm.
- Quality Control (OSD): The QC department is seeking Junior Officers and Executives with 1-7 years of experience in Finished Product (FP) testing, Stability Studies, HPLC, and GC. Qualifications: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
- QC Microbiology: Junior Officers and Executives are needed with 1-7 years of experience across all areas of Environmental Monitoring (EM), Water Testing, and Product Analysis (MLT & Sterility). Candidates should hold a B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Tech in Microbiology.
- Analytical Research & Development (AR&D – OSD): Positions are available for Junior Officers and Executives with 1-5 years of experience in HPLC, GC, Finished Goods Analysis, Validation, and Stability Studies. Qualifications include B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
Eligibility and Essential Skills:
Ideal candidates should possess 1-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation or OSD manufacturing. Required skills encompass OSD manufacturing operations (granulation, compression, coating), various packing operations (blister, ALU-ALU, dry syrup), and analytical testing techniques (HPLC, GC, finished product testing, stability studies). Expertise in environmental monitoring, water testing, sterility testing, validation, documentation, GMP, cGMP, and regulatory compliance is crucial. Strong communication and teamwork abilities are also highly valued.
