The following urgent openings are available at the Hyderabad (Balanagar) location, with an application period from June 30, 2026, to July 15, 2026.


1. Formulation Analytical R&D – Head of Department (HOD)
This leadership role requires an M. Pharm, M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field, coupled with 18-22 years of experience. The HOD will oversee analytical laboratory budgeting, forecast planning (Capex), and review budgets for medium to multiple small teams. Key responsibilities include ensuring cross-functional coordination, reviewing analytical raw data, protocols, reports, and SOPs, and exercising full management authority, including performance reviews. The role also involves adapting departmental plans to operational challenges, guiding decisions based on policies, ensuring product development of solid oral dosages (dissolution, assay, CU, BU, related substances), and managing analysis of samples from the Formulation department, as well as handling client interactions. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation, analytical development, GMP, GLP, and regulatory submission requirements, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations, are essential. Preference will be given to male candidates.


2. Research Associate in Formulation Analytical Development (FAD)
Candidates for this role should possess an M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Analysis) with 2-3 years of experience in formulation. Essential skills include sound knowledge of assay dissolution, analytical method development for tablets, capsules, and oral solutions, ICH stability testing, Water HPLC, UV-visible spectrophotometer, KF Auto titrator, analytical method validations, transfers, and verifications as per ICH/USP/BP guidelines. The associate will also be responsible for the analysis of in-process, stability, and protocol-driven samples, preparing reports, protocols, STPs, and SOPs, and conducting GLP activities. Familiarity with chromatographic software like Empower is required.

3. FRD Research Associate
An M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics) with 3-4 years of OSD experience is sought for this position. Key skills include hands-on experience with OSD in a regulatory unit, with exposure to oral solutions being an advantage. Expertise in dry granulation, wet granulation, top spray granulation, bottom spray, HME, compression, and coating is crucial. A sound understanding of ICH and Quality by Design (QbD) principles, along with the ability to prepare stability protocols and compile stability data, is also required. Preference will be given to male candidates and immediate joiners.


4. Sr. Electrician
A DEE (Electrical) qualification with 5-6 years of experience in the Pharma sector is required. The Senior Electrician will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of DG Sets & Transformers, UPS Systems, PCC & MCC Panels, ACBs, VCBs, AB Switches, and PCVCBs. Duties also include promptly addressing site breakdowns, vendor follow-ups, preparing and completing preventive maintenance schedules, and maintaining AHUs, chillers, compressors, and cooling towers. Expertise in electrical troubleshooting and power distribution systems, along with knowledge of Formulation R&D equipment operations and maintenance, is essential. Immediate joiners are preferred.


5. Operator in Formulation R&D
An ITI (Fitter/Mechanical) qualification with 2-3 years of experience is sought. The operator will be skilled in operating and handling RMG, HME, Roller compaction, compression, and coating machines. Experience with manual blister packing and capsule filling machines, including troubleshooting automatic capsule filling machines, is also required. Responsibilities include monitoring daily temperature and humidity for both GMP and non-GMP areas, along with maintaining good documentation and manufacturing practices for the GMP lab. Immediate joiners are preferred.


6. Project Management Sr. Executive
This role targets candidates with an M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics) and PMP Certification, bringing 5-6 years of experience in core formulation. The Project Manager will be pivotal in planning, coordinating, and overseeing formulation development projects, demonstrating strong leadership and cross-functional coordination. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end project management for formulation development, scale-up, and technology transfer, acting as the primary client interface, developing and monitoring detailed project plans, and coordinating cross-functional teams (formulation scientists, analytical teams, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, manufacturing). Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EMA, ICH, WHO, SAHPRA, etc.) throughout project execution is critical. Preference will be given to male candidates and immediate joiners.
