HMD is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Quality Assurance department as a Trainee Supervisor. Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Supervisor-QA, you will be instrumental in supporting our quality initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the implementation and adherence to established Quality Control (QC) processes.
- Supporting meticulous general documentation and accurate data recording to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Learning and applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborating with senior QA personnel to monitor product quality throughout various stages of manufacturing.
- Participating in internal quality checks and audits as guided by the team.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the Quality Assurance department.
Qualifications & Requirements:
We are looking for dedicated freshers who are ready to learn and grow:
- Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Chemistry is mandatory.
- Experience: Freshers only – no prior professional experience required.
- Knowledge: Basic theoretical understanding of Quality Control (QC) processes. Familiarity with concepts like Documentation, GMP, and Compliance will be an advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with a strong willingness to learn and adapt. Must possess a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
- Attributes: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and ethical standards.
