Open Positions and Requirements:
Quality Assurance (Officer / Executive)
Ind-Swift Laboratories is looking for dedicated QA professionals to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Experience: Candidates should possess 1 to 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Qualification: A strong academic background is essential, with qualifications including B.Pharma, M.Pharma, or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- Profile: Ideal candidates will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), validation processes, and Quality Management Systems (QMS). A key responsibility will be ensuring strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) guidelines across all operations. Preference will be given to candidates with robust regulatory exposure.
Quality Control (Officer / Executive)
The company also invites skilled Quality Control professionals to contribute to its analytical and quality verification processes.
- Experience: Applicants for QC roles should have 1 to 8 years of experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Qualification: Similar to QA roles, required qualifications are B.Pharma, M.Pharma, or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- Profile: Successful candidates will have a thorough understanding of testing and analysis pertaining to Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Packaging Materials (PM). Adherence to CGMP guidelines is paramount. Essential technical skills include proficiency in analytical instruments such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), and UV-Vis spectroscopy. Regulatory exposure is a distinct advantage.
