Role & Eligibility:
This full-time International Customer Support Voice Process role requires 100% Work from Office, including night shifts and rotational off-days. We are seeking candidates with 0-5 years of experience. Eligibility requires Any Full-Time Graduate (15 years of education); postgraduates are ineligible.
Mandatory requirements: Excellent English communication skills (speak, read, write), strong customer handling abilities, and prior international voice support experience. Be prepared for Work From Office (WFO) roles in Bengaluru or Pune.
Responsibilities & Key Skills:
You will handle international customer interactions, resolving queries empathetically, building rapport, and delivering solutions by navigating internal systems. Essential skills include strong communication and soft skills, a customer-centric and empathetic approach, professional call handling, basic process understanding, quick learning, and tech adaptability.
Documents Required:
