About the Opportunity:
We are organizing a comprehensive walk-in interview drive for our Athal Formulation Plant, located in Silvassa (Dadra & Nagar Haveli). Positions Available (Experienced Professionals):
We are recruiting for various roles across the following key departments:
- Production
- Packing
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Stores
- Warehouse
- Engineering
Work Location: Athal Formulation Plant, Silvassa (Dadra & Nagar Haveli)
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience Focus: Only candidates with a proven background specifically in tablets and capsule manufacturing will be considered for these opportunities.
- Please note: Profiles reflecting experience limited to syrup, injectables, soft gelatin, or API manufacturing will not be accommodated for these particular positions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Prior pharmaceutical experience gained within a highly regulated plant (such as USFDA or MHRA compliant environments) is a mandatory requirement.
- Shift Work: All applicants must be fully open and willing to work in rotating shift duties as per operational needs.

- Timing: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM
- Venue: Hotel Winway, 164/1 RNT Marg, Near Madhumilan Square, South Tukoganj, Indore
Mandatory Documents to Carry:
Candidates attending the walk-in drive are required to bring the following physical papers (original/copies) for verification:
- Your updated Resume
- One passport-size photograph
- Original or copies of all educational certificates (10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, Graduation, and Post-Graduation passing certificates)
- Experience and joining letters from all previous employers
- Current company CTC appointment letter along with your most recent pay slips

- Cooling-off Period: If you have participated in an interview process at the Ipca Athal plant within the last six months, we kindly request that you do not apply at this time.
