About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled male candidates to join our Production Department in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about pharmaceutical manufacturing, offering a chance to contribute to critical production activities and uphold rigorous quality and safety standards. With 15 available positions, we welcome both fresh graduates and experienced professionals to grow their careers with us in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manufacturing processes in strict accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate and monitor production equipment efficiently and safely, ensuring optimal performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality control standards, and all relevant safety regulations.
- Accurately document all production activities and maintain comprehensive records as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to achieve production targets and enhance operational efficiency.
- Actively participate in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives within the production unit.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: Any degree relevant to the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc in Chemistry/Life Sciences or equivalent).
- Experience: 0 to 10 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical sector, specifically within production operations.
- Candidate Profile: Male candidates only.
- Skills: A strong understanding of pharmaceutical production processes, exceptional attention to detail, a proactive commitment to quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.
