We are seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join our operations in Sikkim. We are conducting a walk-in interview for multiple roles including Plant Operators, Technical Assistants, and Utility Operators across our Production, Packing, and Engineering departments. Open Positions & Key Responsibilities:
1. Production / Packing – Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
- Key Areas: Involvement in crucial manufacturing stages such as Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule operations, Topical Manufacturing & Filling, OSD Packing, and Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI) manufacturing processes.
- Equipment Experience: Hands-on experience with a diverse range of equipment including FBD, RMG, Adapt 100, AF90T, Auto Coater, Blister Machines, Strip Machines, Cartonators, IMAPG Filling Machines, and MDI Vessels.
2. Engineering – Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
- Focus: Specialized roles in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation disciplines within an OSD Plant environment.
- Responsibilities: Execute essential Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance activities for process equipment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
- Equipment Experience: Proficiency with FBD, FBP, RMG, Coating Machines, Compression Machines, Capsule Machines, and Packing Machines.
3. Utility Operator
- Focus: Responsible for the operation and maintenance of critical plant utility systems.
- Systems Managed: Oversee Air Handling Units (AHU), Cooling Towers, Building Management Systems (BMS), Chillers, and comprehensive Water Systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Candidates applying for any of these positions must have 2 to 7 years of proven work experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
